"I've been to see Sue twice now and the money was well spent!  The thing I like about Sue is that she is straight to the point and gets things done, not at all what I would call a "fluffy coach"

I’ve taken an unusual path into supporting personal change, from my roots as an Engineer and a successful career in manufacturing.  On the surface they’ve nothing in common, but dig a little deeper, and a distinctive style underpins both:

Focus on results:  It’s important to know what you really want, even if you haven’t a shred of belief that it’s possible.  Throughout my career, I’ve been brought into to fix things which had evaded resolution; so I’m well used to replacing coping strategies with easy and effective solutions.  Even if you haven’t yet ventured past knowing what you don’t want, it’ll soon become much clearer.  Then you can start to amaze yourself

Speed:  When you’re leading a multi-million pound factory start up, you can’t afford to take your time.  And when my clients are giving up their time (and let’s face it, cash) to work with me, I don’t hang around either.  There’s no taking the scenic route – we’ll head as directly as possible towards the outcome you really want

Flexibility:  No two challenges are the same, and no two people.  Flexibility is key in delivering breakthrough results in any situation.  Dr Bandler (co-creator of NLP) is often asked ‘Which is the best technique for…’  He always answers ‘The one which works’, and he's trained me well - we keep going until we find it.  Your solution will be as unique as you are

Sustainability:  Whether I’m working with teams or individuals, the solution has to be quick and effective, and also sustainable.  This means keeping it as simple as possible, so it’s easier to do it the new way than the old.  By you making the change yourself, you have the skills, for life

I discovered NLP almost by accident, taking a week’s course to broaden my communication skills.  It got so far under my skin that I’ve continued to train and add to the skill set ever since; using it as much myself as with clients

And the formal bit about my qualifications, because with so many choices, it’s important that you know who you’re working with:  I’m a licensed Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP, trained by the originator himself, Dr Richard Bandler (who also trained Paul McKenna).  I have a Diploma in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), and a combined Diploma in Hypnotherapy, Coaching and NLP.

I'm also one of the first 30 in the UK to qualify as a Havening Pactitioner; again, having trained with the originator himself, Dr Ron Ruden.

You may be surprised that you already have everything you need to make great changes – it’s my job to help you find it.  After that, it’s about you enjoying your results
